Arkansas is one of several dozen states that have enacted some type of law allowing
or promoting the production of industrial hemp. The regulations regarding growth,
use and transport of industrial hemp are very specific.
The Arkansas State Plant Board is the only entity that may provide licenses for the
production of industrial hemp.
