Start with soil testing    before you begin a new garden.

Ask yourself these questions before you begin a garden:

  • Know the requirements of the plants you grow--do they need sun or shade, a lot of moisture or dry conditions?
  • Are they prone to insects or diseases?
  • When does it bloom? Will you need to prune?
