Two Howard County 4-Her's Earn Trip to National 4-H Congress in Atlanta, GA.

4-Her's participate in National 4-H Congress.

Nashville, Ark. – Sarah Lamb and Christian Trombley were both awarded a trip to Atlanta, Georgia, to attend the National 4-H Congress because of their impressive record books turned in earlier this year.

What is National 4-H Congress?

National Congress has been a 4-H tradition for over 100 years and recognizes state and national winners. Youth that attend this event participate in 100 service-learning hours, workshops designed to develop and enhance their leadership skills, plenary sessions with outstanding speakers and entertainers, tours, recreational opportunities throughout the city, and listen to keynote speaker Dr. Laymon Hicks.

There are youth from across the country that make this a memorable experience for our youth. We would like to congratulate the two of them on a great job.
