Summary: Establishes policy and procedure concerning recording of clientele contacts.
Daily records of clientele contacts by telephone, office visit, etc., will be maintained in each office. The name, race, and sex of the client should be recorded together with other pertinent information as appropriate. County faculty may design forms for local use or may use form A.F.F.A.C.T. - 344, Contact Record.
