'Biggest Loser' winner Becky Comet headlines wellness rally

LITTLE ROCK -- Becky Comet, a winner on TV’s “The Biggest Loser,” will be the keynote speaker for the Extension Wellness Rally, Aug. 22, at the C.A. Vines Arkansas 4-H Center.
The daylong event begins at 8 a.m. and runs through 5 p.m. and includes sessions on nutrition, strength training and fitness tech tools. There will also be vendors on hand and health screenings.
Registration is $30 and due Aug. 8. Late registration is $45. To obtain a paper copy, contact Lisa Brown at 501-671-2094 or lcbrown@uada.edu.
