BLYTHEVILLE, Ark. -- Two Mississippi County Farm Bill Workshops have been set for Monday, Dec. 1, with a morning session at Keiser and an afternoon session at the Manila Airport Center.
The morning session runs 9 a.m.-noon at the Northeast Research and Extension Center, 1241 W. County Road 780 in Keiser. The afternoon session will run 2 p.m.-5 p.m. at the Manila Airport Center, Airport Road, Manila.

Presenters from Farm Service Agency and the University of Arkansas System Division of Agriculture will cover a range of topics including agricultural risk coverage, or ARC, price loss coverage, or PLC, as well as generic base and stacked income protection plan.
The meeting was postponed from its Nov. 17 date due to a threat of winter road conditions.
