BATESVILLE -- NOTE
LITTLE ROCK – The Forest Management Tour scheduled for Oct. 22 at the Batesville Station has been postponed until Spring 2015.
Kyle Cunningham, assistant professor-forestry for the University of Arkansas System Division of Agriculture, said unforeseen factors made it difficult for some to attend the event at the Livestock and Forestry Station at this time.
"The research and extension faculty at the Arkansas Forest Resources Center will continue to develop demonstrations and field-based educational programs on the station for future programs,” he said. “We apologize for any inconvenience this postponement causes. We look forward to next spring's event."
