FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. – The team conducting research on water quality in the Big Creek tributary of the Buffalo River has posted its report for the second quarter of 2016, summarizing its work from July 1 to Sept. 30.
The current report is available at www.bigcreekresearch.org.
The Big Creek Research and Extension Team has been collecting data at the creek since September 2013 after then-Gov. Mike Beebe commissioned the University of Arkansas System Division of Agriculture to examine potential impacts of a hog farm built near Big Creek.
