Summary: Establishes policy concerning return of state office equipment.
Extension equipment which has been checked out for use at meetings and other activities should be returned to the state office according to the scheduled return. Equipment should not be checked out for long periods of time in order for all employees to have access to the equipment. Equipment returned between the hours of 8 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. should be taken to the media library.
Equipment returned before and after normal working hours should be placed in the user's office until it can be checked in to the media library. It is the individual's responsibility to keep up with the equipment until it is actually received by the media library. Equipment should not be left in the halls.
Equipment brought in from county offices for repair should be turned in to the Plant Maintenance Office located in the warehouse during normal working hours.
