Extension Health Programs

Preventing diabetes, heart disease, cancer, and other chronic diseases continue to be pressing issues throughout the state. We deliver programs designed to increase physical activity levels across the lifespan to prevent chronic disease. These programs include both direct education as well as PSEs (policy, systems, and environmental interventions) to address multiple influences on physical activity status.
