2025 State Arkansas Master Gardener Conference

NOTE: This conference is for Master Gardeners only. It is not open to the public.
The 225 Arkansas Master Gardener State Conference is limited to the first 450 applicants. All tours and educational seminars will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis.

REGISTRATION
Early Registration
Feb. 17 - April 1: Early Registration $125.00
Online or Postmarked by April 1, 2025.
Priority Registration: February 17 - February 28:
ONLY Active MGs, Lifetime MGs, and County Agents can register.
Early Registration: March 1 – April 1:
All MGs (including sustainers or leave of absence), County Agents, spouses, and guests,
if space is available
Note: Each MG may bring ONE guest. Guests may register beginning March 1 – April 15
if space is available.
Regular Registration
April 2 – Apr. 15: $150.00
The registration deadline for all participants is April 15.
All cancellations are subject to a $15 handling fee.
No refunds after April 15. After that, meal counts are set, and we must pay for you
regardless of whether you are there or not.
This conference is only for MGs, County Agents, spouses, or one guest. We consider this conference a privilege of being a Master Gardener. This conference is not open to the general public.
