Summary: Establishes policy concerning handling or revenues from sale of crops or livestock from research or demonstration projects.
Revenues from the sale of crops or livestock from research or demonstration projects will be considered to be state funds if any part of the project is supported from state or federal Extension funds. This support may be in the form of salary, travel, fringe benefits, or other related costs.
Revenues generated in this manner must be deposited with the University. Appropriate accounts will be established to allow the funds to be spent in support of the related program in compliance with established University and state purchasing regulations.
