Summary:  Establishes a policy concerning submission of Monthly Activity Reports by faculty and paraprofessional staff.

Extension faculty and paraprofessional staff are required to report work time expended and audience contacts, by race and sex, in the four major program areas for the State Extension Management Information System (S.E.M.I.S.)

Instructions for completing this report are issued in October of each year in the booklet, Monthly Activity Report F Y____.
